Our Principal Consultant
The principal consultant at Reflective Space is Allan Meers BA(Hons), AFAIM.
Allan has over 30 years experience in both large and small organisations. He is a chartered accountant - having qualified with KPMG in Edinburgh, Scotland in 1979 and then transferred to the firm’s Sydney office later that year. Allan also works with a number of professional consultants who complement his core skill base. This helps clients to obtain the most appropriate provider for the services they require.

Environmental Project Support
Allan has experience in working with not-for-profit organisations seeking to develop and implement projects in the fields of education and environmental sustainability.
As past Treasurer of the Hepburn Renewable Energy Association, he was involved in the establishment of the proposed Wind Park project for Daylesford and Hepburn Springs. In addition, as past Treasurer of the Daylesford Neighbourhood Centre, he is aware of the opportunities and challenges of working in the local education field where funding can be limited, but the potential community contribution can be high. In addition, his previous experience as a Project Manager and Internal Auditor provides him with an good understanding of the protocols involved in taking a project from the initial design phase to completion.
